Job Summary

Manage SAP Business One projects by analyzing client needs, designing solutions, and delivering user training to ensure effective system adoption and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP Business One projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Conduct detailed business requirements studies to analyze client systems and recommend SAP B1 features and improvements
• Document business requirements clearly to guide solution design and implementation
• Collaborate with technical consultants to design and develop add-on solutions that meet customer business and operational needs
• Deliver user training sessions in English and Mandarin to enable effective system navigation and usage
• Provide hands-on support during project deployment to ensure smooth user adoption
• Coordinate project handover to the in-house support team upon completion
• Participate in training sessions led by senior consultants or project managers to stay updated on new SAP B1 features and technologies

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of SAP Business One deployment experience
• Ability to deliver user training in English and Mandarin

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to deploy small to medium-sized projects with minimal supervision
