SAP Consultant (SuccessFactors & Integration)

The SAP Consultant will act as the subject matter expert for connecting the AI platform to SAP SuccessFactors. This role focuses on the end\-to\-end delivery of HR and Productivity modules, ensuring that the AI platform effectively "talks" to the customer\u2019s SAP backend to automate core business functions.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h3>
  • SAP Configuration:<\/span><\/b> Configure and implement integrations with SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant SAP modules for automated user provisioning and role mapping.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Workflow Automation:<\/span><\/b> Enable employee data sync and leave management workflows between SAP and the Client's HR module.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Lifecycle Management:<\/span><\/b> Manage the delivery timeline from kickoff to go\-live specifically for the SAP integration stream.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Gap Analysis:<\/span><\/b> Identify gaps between SAP standard capabilities and Client requirements, providing feedback to the product engineering team.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Compliance:<\/span><\/b> Ensure SAP data handling aligns with local Saudi Arabia data privacy regulations (PDPL).<\/span>

    Requirements<\/span>
    <\/h3>
    • Technical Expertise:<\/span><\/b> 4+ years of experience managing or implementing SAP SuccessFactors or SAP ERP projects.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Integration Skills:<\/span><\/b> Hands\-on experience with SAP APIs, OData services, and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Market Experience:<\/span><\/b> Prior experience working in the Saudi Arabia/GCC market is strongly preferred.<\/span>
