Title: SAP CRM- Service Modules

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duration: Long Term

Description:

· At least 7 to 9 years of SAP CRM Service consulting experience

· Team member for at least ONE full life cycle SAP PM/CS or SD and ONE CRM Service Implementation

· Support Lead for SAP CRM Service. Address and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner, providing hands on user support as needed

· Heavy hands on experience with various CRM application areas such as: Installed Base, Service Contract/Service order Management/Warranty Management/Case management/Interaction Center & RPA /Field Application (Mobile)/ Analytics

· Knowledge of ASAP methodology/SOLMAN & Exposure/knowledge to SAP's Best Practices

· Interpersonal skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation/ leadership skills (oral and written)

· Ability to work independently, guide clients, understand business processes and work cohesively with project / support team members.

· Design, implement and configure minor to major functionalities in SAP CRM Service

· Willingness to work both in production support and change requests / implementations as needed

· CRM Middleware knowledge /exposure is added plus.

· Work with CRM, Supply Chain and Finance data owners to fix data issues or to re assign responsibilities

Expertise:

· Hands on experience on latest releases: CRM 7.0

· Extensive previous CRM Service configuration experience

· Previous implementation experience with semiconductor industries is a BIG PLUS

· Prior Big 5 consulting experience

· Certifications in SAP CRM Service
