Job Description
Key responsibilites:
- Provide day-to-day SAP EWM support and maintenance
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and system issues
- Support business users and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Handle change requests and system enhancements
- Collaborate with international project and support teams
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation
Requirements
- Experience working with SAP EWM
- Good understanding of warehouse and logistics processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
- Professional working proficiency in English
