SAP MM
- Provide functional support for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes: purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), goods receipt (MIGO), invoice verification (LIV), and stock movements and transfers.
- Handle incidents related to inventory management, valuation, and account determination.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in inventory processes, including goods receipt problems, stock inconsistencies, and inventory differences.
- Assist with procurement configuration such as document types, release strategy, and pricing conditions.
- Support inventory operations including cycle count and physical inventory.
- Analyze and resolve integration issues with: FI (accounts payable, GR/IR), SD (stock availability and deliveries), PP (material consumption & planning), and WM/EWM (warehouse operations).
- Support interfaces with external systems (WMS, suppliers, and automation tools).
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Execute and support functional testing (unit, integration, and UAT).
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents, changes, and solutions.
- Support minor enhancements and customization changes.
- Monitor recurring issues and drive continuous improvement in MM processes.
We’re looking for a functional SAP MM professional in S/4HANA who can support end-to-end inventory and P2P operations with strong troubleshooting skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Core experience: Strong SAP MM experience, specifically in S/4HANA.
- Functional ownership: Ability to triage and resolve incidents across PR/PO, MIGO, LIV, stock transfers, inventory valuation, and account determination.
- Integration troubleshooting: Experience analyzing and resolving issues across FI (AP, GR/IR), SD (stock availability/deliveries), PP (material consumption & planning), and WM/EWM (warehouse operations), including related interfaces with external systems such as WMS and suppliers.
- Process improvement: Capability to identify recurring defects, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective/preventive actions, including continuous improvement in MM processes.
- Testing and documentation: Comfort executing and supporting functional testing (unit, integration, UAT) and maintaining clear documentation for incidents, changes, and solutions.
- Configuration support: Familiarity with procurement configuration items such as document types, release strategy, and pricing conditions, plus support for minor enhancements/customization changes.
- Communication skills: We need you to communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders, document findings accurately, and collaborate effectively to restore process stability quickly.
- Language preference: Primary Portuguese and secondary English.
