SAP PP/EWM AMS Support Analyst

  • Provide functional support for SAP PP and EWM modules.
  • Analyze, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests (tickets).
  • Perform troubleshooting for errors in production and logistics processes.
  • Monitor critical processes, including:
    • MRP
    • Production orders
    • Inventory movements
    • Inbound/outbound processes (EWM)
    • Conduct root cause analysis and propose permanent solutions.
    • Support key users with close and on-site assistance.
We ensure issues are handled end-to-end—from detection and investigation to resolution and follow-up—so operations can continue without disruption.
  • Proven experience in SAP PP and/or SAP EWM support (AMS).
  • Availability to work on-site in Resende (RJ).
  • Solid knowledge of:
    • MRP, production orders, BOM, and routings (PP)
    • Warehouse management processes (EWM)
    • Experience in troubleshooting and incident resolution.
    • Integration knowledge with SAP modules (MM, SD, QM).
    • Intermediate English.

We will tailor the work setup to client needs, including localization options within Colombia or Chile (when applicable). For this assignment, you will work on-site at the plant in Resende (RJ) with direct interaction with industrial and logistics operations. We focus on ownership, continuous improvement, and practical support for finance and operational stakeholders—so your work directly impacts day-to-day execution.
