We provide functional support across O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and fast resolution of business-impacting issues. Key goals: (1) reduce incident volume and recurrence, (2) improve process reliability for sales/delivery/billing, and (3) ensure changes are correctly documented and safely tested.
  • Provide functional support for O2C processes.
  • Handle incidents for
    • Sales orders
    • Deliveries and shipping
    • Billing and invoicing
    • Returns and cancellations
  • Troubleshoot issues in pricing, availability check (ATP), and billing errors.
  • Support pricing configuration, including conditions, access sequences, and pricing procedures.
  • Analyze and resolve integration issues with MM (stock), FI (billing/accounting), and logistics execution.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to deliveries, picking, and goods issue.
  • Assist with tax determination and localization requirements (if applicable).
  • Support interfaces with external systems such as EDI, WMS, TMS, and NF-e (and similar).
  • Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Execute and support functional testing (unit, integration, and UAT).
  • Ensure proper documentation of incidents, changes, and solutions.
  • Support minor enhancements and configuration adjustments.
  • Monitor recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.
We need someone who can own SAP SD O2C troubleshooting and support activities with strong functional depth and a customer-oriented mindset. We expect clear communication in the support cycle, careful documentation, and a pragmatic approach to resolution.
  • Must have: Strong SAP SD experience and S/4HANA knowledge.
  • Experience supporting Order-to-Cash end-to-end (sales orders → deliveries → billing/invoicing → returns/cancellations).
  • Hands-on ability to troubleshoot pricing issues (conditions, pricing procedures, access sequences) and ATP availability check behavior.
  • Familiarity with billing error patterns and integration touchpoints involving MM and FI.
  • Ability to monitor and resolve process issues impacting deliveries, picking, and goods issue.
  • Experience working with external interfaces (e.g., EDI, WMS, TMS, NF-e) and understanding how message/processing problems impact SAP processes.
  • Capability to perform root cause analysis and propose corrective/preventive actions.
  • Working experience supporting functional testing (unit/integration/UAT) and verifying fixes against business expectations.
  • Documentation discipline for incidents, changes, and solutions.
  • Language: Primary Portuguese and secondary English.
