SAP Service Manager
- Service Delivery Manager with 10+ years of IT experience
- Mandatory to have experience to work directly with customer and represent the project
- Should be able to manage stakeholders at general management level and should be able to represent the RUN activities in the Steering meetings
- Mandatory to have good experience on management of SAP Functional Support Projects. Should have very good understanding of ITIL processes
- Should be able to manage the contract conditions and make sure that team is performing as per that
- Accountable for KPIs, financial management for Fixed price contract and appropriate report.
- Will be operationally involved with Customer, Domain Leaders, Teams to make sure that day to day operations are managed efficiently
- Should be driving the Innovation and Value Adds as well as working closely with team for continuous improvement
- Should be ok to work in French shift and French calendar. Should be ok to work on India Bank Holidays
- Open to travel to France for short term (if required)
Total Experience Expected: 10-14 years
BE/BTech/MCA/MTech/MBA
