Shared Business Services Team Leaders

Within the Global Supply Chain organization, the Shared Business Services team plays a pivotal role in enabling the smooth execution, coordination, and improvement of critical supply chain processes across the company.
The Team Leaders within SC SBS are responsible for ensuring operational excellence, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement across global supply chain activities. Interacting with teams across Europe and Asia, these roles require strong collaboration, process discipline, analytical capability, and the ability to work effectively across time zones.

Job Purpose

The Team Leader – Planning, monitoring and execution master data management is responsible for leading the team supporting master data execution, supply chain control tower activities, and key operational coordination routines. This role ensures data integrity, process reliability, and effective monitoring of supply chain performance, while driving structured follow-up and continuous improvement across the domain.

Key Responsibilities

Run the engine – Transactional and Operational Execution

  • Oversee the execution of master data and supply chain parameter updates with accuracy and consistency.
  • Update Supply Chain Design data, including Target Safety Stocks, validity dates, and inventory parameters.
  • Manage Supply Chain Parameters in execution and planning tools, including SAP-IBP.
  • Load Revenue/Manufacturing adjustments in IBP.
  • Set up and validate customer links.
  • Ensure high data quality and system consistency across supply chain tools and platforms.
  • Monitor operational activities and resolve issues in a timely and compliant manner.

Connect the dots – Process Support and Coordination

  • Coordinate S&OP runbook orchestration and related operational routines.
  • Provide support for Manufacturing Front End start exception management.
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders involved in master data and control tower activities.
  • Maintain and improve process documentation, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
  • Support communication and coordination across supply chain, planning, and operational teams.
  • Promote standardized ways of working and best practice sharing.

Make it better – Analysis and Continuous Improvement

  • Lead Supply Chain Control Tower process control and action plan follow-up.
  • Monitor inventory performance and identify risks or deviations.
  • Conduct old stock analysis across the company.
  • Perform validity date versus customer links consistency analysis.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities based on operational and control tower data.
  • Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the definition and monitoring of KPIs and dashboards for supply chain performance.

Profile & Skills

  • Strong understanding of supply chain master data and control tower processes.
  • Experience in supply chain operations, planning, or operational coordination.
  • Analytical and structured mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional workflows and stakeholder dependencies.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills in a global environment.
  • Leadership skills with a proactive, accountable approach.
  • Familiarity with IBP tools, supply chain parameter management, and control tower activities is an advantage.
