Schedule Engineer

Job Description

  • Plan, track, and follow up on project schedules and progress, and prepare related progress reports.
  • Consolidate, prepare, and maintain project Level 1, 2, and 3 schedule plans.
  • Consolidate, prepare, and maintain detailed schedule plans and resource requirement plans for each project phase.
  • Create monthly project schedule and resource requirement reports.
  • Consolidate and prepare schedule acceleration/recovery plans to ensure on-time project completion.
  • Monitor project schedules and issue alerts for activities that may potentially affect project completion dates.
  • Identify schedule control critical-path activities and activities that could become part of the critical path.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture is mandatory
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in civil, architecture, EPC field
  • At least 4 years working experience in shechdule control for f high‑tech facilities or other advanced manufacturing plants is must
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey project information and coordinate teams
  • Strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and optimize outcomes
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders and project demands
