About the Role

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end scheduling, ensuring jobs are planned efficiently, customers are kept informed, and teams are aligned to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and scheduling glazing jobs across multiple regions
  • Interpreting job details to ensure accurate planning and execution
  • Partnering with glaziers and internal teams to manage timelines and expectations
  • Keeping customers informed with clear, proactive communication
  • Managing high job volumes and competing priorities with confidence
  • Working with third-party providers to support job delivery where required
  • Maintaining accurate, real-time updates across systems
  • Using Simpro daily to schedule, track, and manage job workflows
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes

About You

You’re organised, solutions-focused, and confident managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination roles
  • Strong Simpro experience (highly regarded) or similar job management systems
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communication skills with a strong customer focus
  • A proactive mindset with a natural ability to problem-solve
  • Experience within trades, construction, or service-based industries is advantageous
