SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT OUTREACH - PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT & INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN

  • Design and develop instructional content, including e-learning courses, curricula, training materials, assessments, storyboards, and scripts.
  • Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles (andragogy) to create effective learning experiences.
  • Develop engaging multimedia learning content for instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and self-paced online learning.
  • Structure course content and learning activities to improve learner engagement, knowledge retention, and learning outcomes.
  • Manage and support training delivery, including learner enrollment, progress tracking, and completion monitoring.
  • Assess learner performance through portfolio reviews, assignments, and evaluations.
  • Ensure quality assurance of e-learning content and maintain consistency across all training deliverables.
  • Analyze learning effectiveness, user feedback, and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams to develop training programs.
  • Coordinate development of new learning initiatives, programs, and training proposals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning theory.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools.
  • Experience in content development, module writing, and training material creation.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills for training delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proven project management and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and adaptive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learner analytics is a plus.
