And we will be very happy if you come to be part of our story.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesKey ResponsibilitiesStudent Support: Monitor and support students’ emotional, social, and academic development, ensuring inclusion, equity, and overall well-being.Inclusive and Differentiated Education: Develop and oversee Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for students with Giftedness and High Abilities, in collaboration with teachers and families.Family Partnership: Build trusting relationships with families by providing ongoing support, guidance, and clear communication.Teacher Development: Provide training and guidance to teachers on inclusive practices, social-emotional development, and strategies for supporting gifted and high-achieving students.Culture Stewardship: Apply the Red House Principles as a guiding framework in all decisions and interactions.Classroom Observation: Observe classroom practices and provide feedback and support to strengthen inclusive and social-emotional approaches.Preventive Programs and Initiatives: Design and implement programs aimed at preventing emotional, social, and academic challenges, fostering a positive school climate.Alignment with the Red House PrinciplesChild's JourneyPlace students’ well-being and future at the center of every decision.Excellence with CareMaintain high standards of psychological practice while demonstrating empathy and genuine care.We Own the LegacyAct with a long-term perspective, ensuring a lasting positive impact on students’ lives.We Learn and Build TogetherPromote collaboration among educators, families, and the broader school community.We Invent and Simplify for the FutureDevelop innovative solutions to educational and inclusion-related challenges.We Act with Purpose and IntegrityOperate with ethics, transparency, and commitment to the school’s mission.Requisitos e qualificaçõesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Psychology with an active professional license (CRP).Previous experience in school or educational psychology, preferably within an international school setting.Strong knowledge of inclusive and differentiated education.Experience developing and monitoring Individual Support Plans (ISPs).Fluency in English (C1 level) or another language relevant to an international context.Demonstrated experience working closely with families, with strong active listening skills and a supportive approach.Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and composed, even in situations involving conflict or pressure.Strong intercultural communication and collaboration skills.Ethical mindset and alignment with the school's values.Additional QualificationsDegree in Education (Pedagogy).Specialization in Giftedness and High Abilities.Postgraduate degree in Neuropsychopedagogy or Neuroscience.Previous experience in international or bilingual schools.Additional training in Inclusive Education or Psychopedagogy.Experience leading social-emotional learning (SEL) programs.Proven experience in environments that value both academic excellence and a nurturing approach.Informações adicionaisCampus: CuritibaWorking Hours: 44H
