PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze large-scale biological data for biomarker discovery and drug mechanism investigation.
  • Develop and deploy AI agents to build streamlined analytical workflows and reporting systems, and interpret analytical outcomes via integrated analytical methodologies and bioinformatics tools as well as large language models.
  • Participate research projects, design scientific experiments, and work closely with research scientists to provide scientific input, bioinformatics support and results delivery.
  • Communicate research results to internal and external audience by technical reports and oral presentations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics or a related discipline.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing large-scale omics data.
  • Proficient in large language model application with solid practical experience in AI agent development and deployment.
  • Be able to work both independently and as member of project teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.
  • Strong scientific publications/presentations in peer-reviewed journals or relevant scientific meetings.
  • Background in cancer biology is a plus.

· Report to: Director of Integrative Bioinformatics

· Works with: Biomarker team, Research and Innovation team and others
