Scientist Method Development

For our global TechOPS organization we are looking for a scientist with experience in protein analytics to develop methods for therapeutic proteins. The incumbent works in a highly collaborative environment to develop assays required to support the characterization and quality control of CSL products for all phases of a product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities and activities:

• Responsible for designing and performing experiments.

• Development and implementation of novel analytical methods according to analytic quality by design principles and phase-appropriate qualification according to project and product demands.

• Support the transfer of qualified methods to regulated environments.

• Author reports and SOPs.

• Responsible for instruments operation, troubleshooting and maintenance.

Qualifications and past experiences :

• Postgraduate degree (Master or PhD) in biochemistry or related field.

• Experience in the development of analytical methods (molecular biology, electrophoresis, chromatography, FACSs, ELISA).

• Good communication skills (english).
