Consumables & Electronics Direct Business operates Rakuten24 and Rakuten24 Express, services specializing in daily necessities, on Rakuten Ichiba, Japan's largest online shopping mall.
While Rakuten Ichiba is a mall-based business that provides a platform for merchants to sell their products, our service is a direct sales business in which Rakuten selects and purchases products from national manufacturers and handles everything from marketing to sales, shipping, and customer support.

Position Details

You will lead the organization in planning and executing various plans in the areas of ordering and delivery date management.

Major Duties
- Plan various initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing operating costs
- Lead the organization and negotiate and coordinate various initiatives with numerous business partners
- Promote process standardization and simplification to improve productivity
- Organizational management of ordering and delivery date management (management position)

This position will initially involve you in a specific area of ​​the organization, where you will gain an understanding of the work, and then aim to advance to a management position.
This position will allow you to hone your overall business capabilities, leveraging your knowledge of ordering and logistics at one of Japan's largest daily necessities e-commerce sites.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in ordering and delivery management at a business company
- Basic knowledge of the daily necessities retail industry and e-commerce
- 1+ years of experience managing subordinates

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience in ordering and delivery management in the daily necessities industry
- Experience using PowerPoint and Excel for analysis and planning (using VLOOKUP and Pivot Table)
