Top Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure timely delivery across AEP, Target, and CJA workstreams.
- Drive cross-team coordination (data engineering, marketing, analytics, QA) for integration, dependencies, and release planning.
- Ensure end-to-end testing, defect tracking, and release governance across data foundation, experience, and measurement layers.
- Identify and remove delivery impediments, while ensuring adherence to Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Expectations (Experience, Client Interaction & Communication)
- 5–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery programs, preferably in Martech/CDP ecosystems (AEP, Target, CJA exposure desirable).
- Strong client-facing capability—ability to manage stakeholders, drive status discussions, and align business and technology teams.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage distributed teams and cross-functional dependencies.
- Ability to own governance, reporting, and escalation, ensuring transparency, risk mitigation, and delivery accountability.
