Job Summary:<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>We are looking for a skilled and passionate Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong experience in automation testing using Java, Selenium, and Playwright. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in designing scalable automation frameworks, executing end\-to\-end testing, and ensuring high product quality across web applications and APIs.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>

1. Automation Framework Development<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>

  • Design, develop, and <\/span>maintain <\/span>scalable automation frameworks<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Build robust automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and Playwright<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Enhance existing frameworks for better maintainability and execution efficiency<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul><\/div>

    2. Functional & Regression Testing<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>

    • Develop and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Validate application functionality across different browsers and environments<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ensure comprehensive test coverage for critical business workflows.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      3. API & Backend Testing<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>

      • Perform API automation and validation testing<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Validate REST APIs and backend services using automation tools/frameworks<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Work closely with development teams to <\/span>identify <\/span>and resolve defects early in the cycle.

        <\/li><\/ul><\/div>

        4. CI/CD & Agile Practices<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>

        • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Collaborate with DevOps teams for automated deployments and testing<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand\-ups, and retrospectives
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/li><\/ul><\/div>

          5. Defect Tracking & Quality Assurance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>

          • Identify, log, track, and verify defects<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Perform root cause analysis and support issue resolution<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Ensure high\-quality deliverables within defined timelines<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/li><\/ul><\/div>

            6. Collaboration & Communication<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>

            • Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and QA teams<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Participate in requirement analysis and test planning discussions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Provide regular updates on automation progress and testing status<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>

              • 5\u201310 years of experience in Software Testing / Test Automation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

              • Strong hands\-on experience in automation framework development<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/li>
              • Experience working in Agile development environments
                <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/li><\/ul><\/div>

                Technical Skills:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
                <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>

                • Strong programming skills in Java<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

                • Hands\-on experience with Selenium WebDriver<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/li>
                • Experience with Playwright automation framework<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/li>
                • Strong understanding of automation testing concepts and best practices<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/li>
                • Experience in API testing and automation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/li>
                • Knowledge of test frameworks such as TestNG / JUnit
                  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

                  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

                  • Knowledge of performance testing tools is an added advantage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
