Research and identify prospective contacts within target industries and verticals
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email to engage decision-makers and executives
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and sales representatives
  • Send calendar invitations with clear meeting details and agendas
  • Confirm meetings to ensure attendance and minimize cancellations
  • Manage rescheduling requests while maintaining professionalism and engagement
  • Partner with sales representatives to share updates and ensure alignment on prospect activity
Experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting (ideally B2B)
Fluent English (C1 or higher) – oral and written communication with clients
Experience scheduling meetings with decision-makers/stakeholders
Ability to handle objections and generate interest during initial calls
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Excellent communication, organization, and lead follow-up
Ability to work with meeting generation goals and KPIs
Experience working remotely and in distributed teams
High tolerance for frustration and a results-oriented approach
Commission: Additional earnings based on performance
Work arrangement and schedule: Remote, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST
