What you\u2019ll be doing<\/b><\/span>

As a Software Engineer (AI & ML) you will:<\/span>
<\/p>


<\/div>

  • Build end\-to\-end AIML services \- You build it, you own it<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Work with people from other teams and departments on a day to day basis to ensure efficient project execution with a focus on delivering value to our members.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Regularly aligning your team\u2019s vision and roadmap with the target architecture within your domain and to ensure the success of complex multi domain initiatives.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Integrate already trained ML and GenAI models (preferably GCP) in services.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Like us, you\u2019ll be deeply committed to delivering impactful outcomes for customers.<\/span>
    <\/p>

    • 2+ years of proven work experience as a AI/ML/LLM Engineer.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Understanding of AIML & Gen AI software engineering fundamentals (LLM, prompts, context, inference, etc.).<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Hands\-on experience with Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit\-learn, Langchain/LLamaIndex etc.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, Keras, being proficient in Python<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Hands\-on experience with frameworks such as Django or FastAPI or Flask<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Hands\-on experience with MySQL, MongoDB, Redis and BigQuery (or equivalents)<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Extensive experience integrating with or creating AI/ML/LLM based modules.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Experience with creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines \- we use GitHub Actions.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Experience with event\-driven architectures like Kafka, RabbitMq or equivalents.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Good knowledge about<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • LLMs<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Vector stores/databases<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Prompt/Context Engineering<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Embeddings and their implementations<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • KV Caching<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      • Experience with GCP/AWS services.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Curious about and motivated by the future trends in data, AI/ML, analytics, and digital experience.<\/span>
