Job Description:
The Student Assistant will provide clerical support and assistance to the Richmond College Dean’s Office staff. This role serves as the office greeter for various constituents visiting the Dean’s Office and provides support to the Administrative Specialist while focusing on representing the Dean’s Office to the best of their ability. The responsibilities of the Student Assistant will include, but not limited to:
- Provide clerical support to the overall office
- Preparing mailings
- Sorting office promotional materials
- Maintaining office beverage and snack station
- Inventory of office supplies
- Serve as receptionist for the office
- Work on projects and reports as requested
- Run campus errands as need
- Report to the Administrative Specialist
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualification:
- Must be an active student
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Effective communication and time management
- Must be able to work independently
Pay Rate: $12.77
