SEA Sales Manager (Consumer Electronics)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop distributor channel strategies to drive market
  • Manage key customer relationships and support closing of strategic deals.growth.
  • Engage existing and new customers to define opportunities and refine value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through active networking.
  • Collaborate with local distributors to prioritize initiatives and execute strategic plans.
  • Provide timely progress updates to management.
  • Track performance vs targets and last year benchmarks.
  • Review forecast accuracy and align with market insights, promotions, and distribution plans.
  • Monitor distributor sales and inventory, recommend actions to accelerate sales.
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with distributors and regional teams.


Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business
  • At least 8 years of experience in consumer electronics industry
  • Strong omnichannel management experience
