Seafood Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the restaurant's daily operations.
* Train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff.
* Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
* Monitor the quality, freshness, storage, and preparation of seafood products.
* Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
* Manage inventory of seafood, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
* Coordinate with seafood suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and product quality.
* Prepare staff schedules and manage labor costs.
* Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability.
* Develop and implement promotional activities to increase sales.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
* Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
* Prepare operational and financial reports for management.
