Mō te tūranga | About the role
We’re looking for a great person to join Fulton Hogan in a hands-on role where safety, teamwork and getting stuck in matter. This is the kind of role where you’ll be out there with the crew, doing Good Work that keeps communities moving.
You’ll lead the crew to deliver work on time, to budget, safely, and to the highest quality standard.
Ngā tino kawenga mahi | Key role responsibilities
- Management of a safe work environment for all employees, subcontractors and the public on all your worksites
- Compete all documentation required for the role including time sheets, daily job sheets, pre start inspections, plant usage sheets, quality checklists, hazard IDs
- Ensuring that all work is carried out skilfully, efficiently, to schedule and to the highest quality standard
- Coordinate, plan and organise plant, labour, sub-contractors suppliers as required for projects or works

- Minimum 5 years construction experience
- Minimum current Class 1 licence
- Up to Class 5 licence preferred
- WTR endorsement
- Staff supervision experience
- Relevant experience of industry principals and practical application
- Ability to interpret and deliver against plans
- Experience with communication to and leading others
