Job Description

Our Greenhouse Associates, play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our greenhouse operations run smoothly during the busy spring and summer months. The Greenhouse Associate will be responsible for tending to our plants and flowers inside the Greenhouse. Experience working with plants and Greenhouse knowledge is preferred; other duties include watering plants, unloading delivery trucks, helping customers with purchases, cleaning, stocking and any other assigned duties.

This is a seasonal position, with an expected work period from Mid-April to July.

We are open 7 days a week, 8am-8pm (Including holidays). We offer flexible scheduling and try to work around your primary jobs, activities and families. However, if you can’t work holidays and weekends, please do not apply.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting plants, flowers, seeds, and gardening supplies.
• Maintain and organize plant displays and ensure the greenhouse is well-stocked and clean.
• Water and care for plants, ensuring their health and quality.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on plant care, gardening tips, and seasonal products..
• Assist with unloading shipments and stocking new inventory.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
