Purchase <\/span><\/b>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Follow up with the Procurement team to ensure\nmaterials are received as per the stage of the site.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Purchase materials locally as and when required.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Managing payments of vendors<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span><\/b>

Store<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Receive materials<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Inspect the received material w.r.t. to quantity,\nspecifications and any defects as per PO/BOQ/Specifications.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Store the received material in a manner specified\nby the manufacturer/supplier such that there are no damages during the storage\nand handling..<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Release of material from store area to the field <\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Keep the record of material issue to the field <\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Inspect the material and reconcile on receipt\nback from the site and record damages defects if any.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor and maintain the reconciliation records\nfor materials received / issued and stock.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain the stock register in an up\-to\-date\nmanner reflecting the net stock after factoring receipts and deliveries to\nsite.<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare and share stock inventory reports.<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Interaction with government bodies at various\nlevels to ensure smooth running of operations<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Take the daily staff attendance and maintains the\nrecord. Coordinates with HR, for all Attendance related queries.<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintenance\nof leave register<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Salary\ncomputation of Estate team and data preparation for Statutory Compliances<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage Logistics & Accommodation for estate\nteam<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage food for staff as per Manager\u2019s\ndirections.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate with HO and arrange for the\nrequirements for staff uniforms/id cards/PPE\u2019s etc.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage provision of drinking water and\nconstruction water at site and keep a record of the same.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide data of new joined staff to HR for PF\nrelated matters and record prepress.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Enrollment of new joined staff in biometric at\nsite. <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage office stationery, equipment\u2019s with\nguidance from SM and Admin Manager in HO.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage maintenance of the guest house <\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage housekeeping of the site office.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage the inventory of all office consumables\nand records.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Statutory\npayments such as PF, Electricity, Telephone, house tax etc.<\/span>
<\/p>

Accounts <\/span><\/b>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Bridge\nbetween HQ and Estate<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage petty cash under the Estate Managers direction <\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Book\nKeeping/ Accounting<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Submission\nof calendar of returns to Head Office and Statuary Authorities<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collects and forwards the Vendor Invoices/\nChallans/ electricity/ telephone bills/ etc., to HO in timely manner.<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Scrutinizing\nPayment and preparation of Vouchers<\/span>
