Securitization expert to join the Real-World Finance Core Unit

You onboard Real-World Assets through on-chain securitization and work to improve the on-chain securitization space by collaborating with partners. You will evaluate, manage and monitor RWA deals. This is a full-time role performed remotely within UTC-4 and UTC+2 time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard Real-World Assets through on-chain securitization
  • Evaluate, manage and monitor RWA deals
  • Collaborate with partners to advance on-chain securitization
  • Operate in a full-time capacity remotely within UTC-4 and UTC+2 time zones

Requirements

  • Have an understanding of DeFi and how Real-World Assets relate to securitization
  • Have competencies and significant experience in securitization both on the business and the legal front
  • Have experience with working with credit rating agencies
  • Have knowledge of the US and/or UK securitization ecosystem
  • Be comfortable taking initiative and self-directing
  • Have an understanding of smart contracts (it’s a plus)
