WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Security Coordinator, you will support the execution of security, compliance and audit programs across stores within the Sales Market. Your role is hands‑on and operational, focused on ensuring stores follow security standards, action plans and processes related to safety, loss prevention and compliance. You will work closely with store and area teams to manage risks, support inventories and investigations, and strengthen a strong security and safety culture. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market, consisting of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary.
You will:
- Execute and follow up security compliance programs across stores, areas and the Sales Market.
- Plan and carry out store audits and internal monitoring in line with Green Security Standards.
- Drive security requirements and action plans together with store and area teams, ensuring timely follow‑up and execution.
- Support store management in achieving audit expectations, clearly communicating required actions and priorities.
- Report audit results, deviations and follow‑ups using company tools and systems.
- Act as an ambassador for security standards, services and requirements across stores and areas.
- Drive awareness and training initiatives to strengthen safety and security culture.
- Provide operational support to stores during Yearly Stock Take (YST), including preparation, store visits and troubleshooting.
- Support inventory accuracy through on‑site support during counts in priority stores.
- Contribute to Loss Prevention initiatives aimed at reducing shrinkage.
- Support the security team in investigations related to fraud and compliance incidents.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a Security Coordinator, you will work closely with Store Managers, Area Teams and the Sales Market Security function. You will act as an important link between stores and central security, ensuring standards are understood, applied and followed up in daily operations.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
- At least 1 year of experience in security operations, compliance, retail security or similar operational roles.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a comparable store leadership role within retail.
- Good understanding of store operations, security standards and compliance programs.
- Experience supporting audits, monitoring requirements and following up action plans.
- Familiarity with inventory processes, including Yearly Stock Take (YST).
- Experience supporting or participating in investigations, including fraud cases and incident reporting.
- Ability to work with audit, reporting and compliance‑tracking tools and systems.
- Good English skills, written and spoken.

This is a full-time role based on a local contract in Bratislava (Slovakia). The Security Coordinator reports to Security Manager. We offer a monthly salary from 1400€ gross.
