    THE OPPORTUNITY<\/b>
    <\/h3>

    We are seeking a <\/span>Security Engineer<\/b> <\/span>with <\/span>2\u20135 years of experience<\/b> <\/span>in cloud security, application security, and enterprise risk management. You\u2019ll play a critical role in <\/span>protecting XenonStack\u2019s AI platforms and enterprise clients<\/b> <\/span>by designing and implementing security controls, monitoring for threats, and ensuring compliance with global standards.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>
    <\/h3>

    • Cloud Security<\/b> <\/span>\u2013 Implement and monitor security best practices across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Application Security<\/b> <\/span>\u2013 Conduct security reviews, code analysis, and vulnerability assessments for AI/ML and web applications.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Identity & Access Management (IAM)<\/b> <\/span>\u2013 Design and enforce secure authentication, authorization, and role\-based access controls.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Threat Detection & Response<\/b> <\/span>\u2013 Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and support SOC teams with remediation.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • DevSecOps<\/b> <\/span>\u2013 Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines with automated scanning and policy enforcement.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Compliance & Governance<\/b> <\/span>\u2013 Ensure adherence to <\/span>ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and AI governance frameworks<\/b>.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Data Security<\/b> <\/span>\u2013 Protect sensitive enterprise data with encryption, tokenization, and secure storage practices.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Security Automation<\/b> <\/span>\u2013 Build scripts, tools, and dashboards for continuous monitoring and risk detection.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Collaboration<\/b> <\/span>\u2013 Partner with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to embed <\/span>security by design<\/b> <\/span>in agentic AI systems.

    • Research & Improvement<\/b> <\/span>\u2013 Stay updated with <\/span>emerging threats, AI security risks, and zero\-trust frameworks<\/b>.

      SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS<\/b>
      <\/h3>

      Must\-Have<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • 2\u20135 years of hands\-on experience in <\/span>cloud, application, or platform security<\/b>.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Strong knowledge of <\/span>AWS/Azure/GCP security services<\/b> <\/span>(IAM, KMS, GuardDuty, Security Hub).
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Familiarity with <\/span>DevSecOps practices and CI/CD security<\/b> <\/span>(Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform).
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Experience with <\/span>threat modeling, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing tools<\/b>.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Knowledge of <\/span>encryption, PKI, and secure communication protocols<\/b>.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Proficiency in <\/span>Python, Bash, or Go<\/b> <\/span>for security automation.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Understanding of <\/span>compliance frameworks<\/b> <\/span>(ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI\-DSS).
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Good\-to\-Have<\/b>

        • Experience securing <\/span>AI/ML pipelines, model inference endpoints, and data lakes<\/b>.
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Exposure to <\/span>Zero Trust architectures<\/b> <\/span>and microservices security.
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Familiarity with <\/span>SIEM/SOAR tools<\/b> <\/span>(Splunk, ELK, Sentinel).
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Security certifications (e.g., <\/span>CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, CCSK<\/b>) are a plus.
