We have an opportunity for an International Government Security Compliance and Supply Chain Security professional to join our Government Compliance Security Group located in Herndon, VA; Minneapolis, MN; or Charlotte, NC.
In this role, you will be responsible for U.S. government supply chain security compliance and international government security compliance programs. In this role you will oversee organizational adherence to global security frameworks and government regulations. You will collaborate closely with government partners, contractors, and internal teams to ensure Honeywell meets and exceeds its responsibilities within government security compliance. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep expertise in US and international Government industrial security programs, including Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT), with hands-on program execution and experience.
You are responsible for
- Supporting strategic and tactical operations for Honeywell’s non-U.S. government security compliance programs.
- Serve as Honeywell’s supply chain security experts and CTPAT Administrator to ensure internal processes and procedures are developed to meet U.S. government requirements.
- Ensure programs, processes, resources, and facilities meet and exceed required standards, with ongoing audits and readiness checks.
- Support all aspects of personnel security management associated with Honeywell’s public sector initiatives, working directly with government partners to ensure compliance.
- Manage security onboarding, required reporting and approvals, and personnel readiness efforts to ensure staff can support government security compliance programs.
- Liaison with Government security representatives, ensuring smooth communication and compliance with clearances and facilities.
- Support all federal inspections, audits, and incident investigations, maintaining a best-in-class compliance record.
- Lead internal risk assessments, on-site audits, and validations across corporate sites, foreign suppliers, and third-party logistics partners.
- Develop advanced security training across multidisciplinary teams.
Skills/Experience
- Have 5+ years of experience in supply chain and industrial security; at least 2+ years in CTPAT administration.
- Have 3+ years of experience in non-U.S. government security compliance.
- Deep understanding of physical security measures including access control, cameras, and asset protection.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed
- Must be a U.S. citizen
Preferred skills/experience
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSPC)
- Spanish-language skills
