Security Manager
Overview Indonesia Security Manager is responsible for leading PepsiCo's security strategy and programs across Indonesia, ensuring the safety and security of associates, assets, operations, and reputation. The role provides strategic direction and operational oversight for security risk management, investigations, crisis management, business continuity, and security governance. Working closely with business leaders, external stakeholders, and regional security teams, the role identifies emerging risks, develops mitigation strategies, and fosters a culture of security awareness and resilience that enables business continuity and growth. Responsibilities What you will be responsible for: Develop and implement country-wide security strategies, policies, standards, and programs aligned with PepsiCo's global and regional security objectives. Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks that may impact employees, facilities, supply chain operations, business continuity, and corporate reputation. Conduct security assessments, site reviews, and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with company security standards. Monitor security trends, geopolitical developments, and emerging threats, providing timely risk assessments and recommendations to business leaders. Serve as the primary security advisor to Indonesia leadership teams and key business stakeholders on security-related matters. Lead and maintain crisis management and business continuity programs to strengthen organizational resilience and operational readiness. Coordinate incident response activities and support business leaders during security-related events, emergencies, and critical incidents. Oversee and coordinate investigations involving security incidents, fraud, theft, workplace misconduct, threats, product tampering, counterfeit activities, and other business-related security matters. Ensure investigations are conducted professionally, ethically, and in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Oversee physical security programs, including guarding services, access control systems, CCTV, visitor management, and other security technologies. Manage security vendors and service providers to ensure service quality, compliance, and cost effectiveness. Support travel risk management and provide security guidance to employees, visitors, and business travelers. Build and maintain effective relationships with law enforcement agencies, government authorities, emergency response organizations, and industry security networks. Develop and deliver security awareness initiatives, training programs, and communication campaigns to strengthen employee preparedness and security culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Corporate Affairs, on security-related matters. Partner with regional and global security teams to support enterprise-wide security initiatives, share best practices, and provide regular reporting and security insights. Support executive protection activities, special projects, and other security initiatives as required. Qualifications What you will need to have: Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate security, risk management, law enforcement, military, intelligence, investigations, or related fields. Demonstrated experience managing security programs within multinational organizations. Experience in physical security systems, investigations, crisis management, business continuity, and risk assessment. Experience managing security vendors, contracts, and budgets. Strong understanding of security risk management principles and industry best practices. Familiarity with international standards such as ISO 31000 and ISO 22301 is preferred. Strong analytical, investigative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security-related technology platforms. Professional security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, PCI, CBCP) are an advantage. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
