The Security Manager is responsible for designing, leading, and implementing robust cybersecurity strategies that protect the organization's digital assets, systems, and sensitive information from evolving threats. This role goes beyond supervisory duties to include strategic planning, leadership across multidisciplinary teams, executive advisement, and direct accountability for the development and enforcement of an enterprise\-wide security framework. Required Qualifications:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>\n
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>High school diploma or GED.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field. Equivalent professional experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>CISM, CISSP, CEH, or comparable cybersecurity certifications.<\/span>
<\/p>\n
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum <\/span>of seven <\/span>(7) <\/span>years <\/span>of <\/span>experience as a cyber security engineer <\/span>with <\/span>at <\/span>least two <\/span>(2) <\/span>years of experience leading a cyber security team.<\/span>
<\/p>\n
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven <\/span>hands\-on <\/span>experience <\/span>securing <\/span>IT <\/span>infrastructures, <\/span>performing <\/span>vulnerability <\/span>management, and overseeing incident response.<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum <\/span>of five (5)<\/span> <\/span>years <\/span>of <\/span>experience <\/span>implementing <\/span>or <\/span>managing <\/span>security <\/span>frameworks <\/span>such <\/span>as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or CIS benchmarks.<\/span>
<\/p>\n
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficient <\/span>in <\/span>network <\/span>security <\/span>practices, <\/span>including <\/span>firewalls, <\/span>VPNs, <\/span>intrusion <\/span>detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint protection solutions.<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience <\/span>with <\/span>security <\/span>operations <\/span>tools <\/span>such <\/span>as <\/span>SIEM <\/span>platforms, <\/span>vulnerability <\/span>scanners, <\/span>and penetration testing utilities.<\/span>
