About the Role

MSS Security is seeking a professional Casual Security Officer to join our team in Rockhampton. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, conducting regular site patrols, and maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises and controlling building access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular internal and external patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting visitors and managing reception duties professionally
  • Monitor and control site access, including visitor registration and pass issuance
  • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns in accordance with site procedures
  • Complete accurate reports, maintain security records, and collaborate effectively with site management and team members

Skills & Experience

  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Current QLD Security Licence
  • Current QLD Driver's licence
  • Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
  • Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
  • Ability to undergo a National Police Clearance
