Security & Safety Officer

  • Monitor and maintain all hotel security systems and ensure smooth daily security operations.
  • Patrol hotel premises and control access to restricted areas to prevent unauthorized entry or exit.
  • Assist guests, employees, and management while ensuring safety and protection at all times.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and crisis situations in coordination with relevant departments and authorities.
  • Maintain accurate security records, inventories, and log books for operational reference.
  • Follow hotel safety, fire, and emergency procedures while maintaining professional appearance and conduct.
  • Secondary / High school education
  • Certificates in National Skills Recognition System, CPR, First Aid Management and Basic Fire Fighting will be advantageous
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • No criminal record
