Title and Summary
Security Solutions (SSO) Product Lead – Southeast Asia Division West/EastAs the Security Solutions Product Lead for Southeast Asia Division West/East, you will be responsible for driving the GTM and commercial performance of our security solutions across the division. This includes product strategy, go-to-market execution, roadmap development, innovation agenda-setting, and ownership of key revenue, profitability, adoption, and retention outcomes. You will work cross-functionally with global and regional teams including customer success and sales to ensure our offerings are competitive, scalable, and aligned with customer and market needs.Key Responsibilities
1. Product Management
• Own regional commercial performance for the SEA Security Solutions portfolio, including revenue growth, profitability, adoption, retention, and overall business case delivery.
• Serve as the senior product SME and client-facing expert, supporting customer engagements, executive conversations, solutioning workshops, and RFPs to drive revenue
• Identify market needs, validate product concepts with customers, and build business cases for new solutions.
• Define and drive the regional product innovation agenda and roadmap, including market-specific enhancements, local partnerships, and prioritization of divisional needs.
• Define and manage pricing strategies, billing models, and product lifecycle (including sunsetting and rationalization).
• Monitor product performance and fraud trends, develop and refine scalable delivery models to ensure flawless implementation, operational efficiency, and consistently high-quality customer outcomes.
• Drive adoption and retention by partnering with Customer Success, Technical Account managers and delivery teams.
2. Product Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and partnerships
• Develop and execute GTM strategies including bundling, pricing for new solutions, and embedding SSO in broader platforms & with other services
• Equip Sales and Account teams with compelling value propositions, sales playbooks, competitive positioning, pricing guidance, and training to enable successful commercialization across segments
• Evaluate product-market fit and maintain feedback loops with global/AP teams to inform roadmap and enhancements.
• Represent the organization in industry forums and contribute to thought leadership through global insights.
• Build strategic partnerships to scale SSO offerings and co-create value propositions with key partners.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong understanding of security & risk customer challenges in this space in context of payments industry; passion for the domain
• Proven experience in GTM strategy, pricing, and customer engagement.
• Familiarity with Southeast Asia’s regulatory and fraud landscape.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
