Security Systems Technician (CCTV, Access Control & Alarm Systems) | Up to $2300

Salary: $2,300 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Work Schedule: 5-Day Work Week

Execute service and maintenance activities efficiently to meet operational and customer requirements.
Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of security systems and equipment.
Liaise closely with clients regarding service and maintenance matters, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
Support supervisors in coordinating daily operations, task assignments, and service delivery.
Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure all service works are completed within scheduled timelines and according to company standards.
Comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures at all times.
Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Minimum Nitec in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in service, maintenance, or technical support roles.
Hands-on experience with security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems (ISMS), Card Access Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and CCTV systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support clients and service operations.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Possess a positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
