Semiconductor Technician (Process Line / FA | 12-hours shift) | MNC

Responsibilities

• Monitor key product parameters to ensure quality and yield targets
• Analyze daily process capability and flag excursions early
• Initiate preventive and containment actions for process issues
• Prepare yield reports and perform loss analysis
• Review and disposition final product materials
• Detect and report abnormal defects or yield losses promptly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth operations

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or Science
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or semiconductor processes
• Knowledge of SPC, yield analysis, or quality tools is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail and data interpretation ability
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or basic data analysis tools
• Willingness to work in cleanroom environment & 12 hours permanent night / day shift
