Senior Account Executive (Paid Media, Strategy & Creative Sales)

Chamber Media is looking for a Senior Account Executive to help drive growth by selling high-impact paid media and creative solutions to ambitious brands. This role is for a seasoned seller who understands how performance marketing and creative work together to scale businesses.



You’ll own larger deals, manage complex sales cycles, and act as a trusted advisor to prospects while partnering closely with leadership and delivery teams.



What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close for high-value opportunities

  • Sell integrated paid media strategies and creative packages

  • Lead strategic conversations with founders, executives, and marketing leaders

  • Develop custom proposals and growth strategies tailored to client needs

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals consistently against revenue targets

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and forecast accurately in the CRM

  • Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, objections, and opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or media sales

  • Proven track record selling paid media services and/or creative solutions

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and ROI conversations

  • Experience managing larger deal sizes and longer sales cycles

  • Confident communicator with executive-level presence

  • Highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
