Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive based in India to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of third-party support and maintenance services, along with application and technical support services, across the SAP, Oracle, and VMware customer landscape. You will focus on new customer acquisition, relationship development, lead generation and qualification, and opportunity management through to close. This role also requires disciplined CRM management and close collaboration across internal teams to support sales success.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of direct IT Services Sales experience
  • Experience selling enterprise technology solutions with SAP, Oracle, or VMware solutions, services or support
  • Understanding of SAP, Oracle, or VMware maintenance services, ERP outsourced services, or other third-party technology services is an advantage
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Strong new business development and hunter sales capabilities
  • Strong Pipeline Building and qualification skills
  • Experience selling to and influencing C-level executives
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust-based client relationships and practice ethical selling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and desktop applications, with strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Ability to map business processes and write work instructions
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform is a plus
  • Knowledge of solution selling methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to install confidence in clients and communicate persuasively
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and services subject matter experts
  • Self-motivated, highly collaborative, and a strong team player
  • Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working independently with limited supervision
  • Strong work ethic, discipline, and professionalism

Responsibiities

  • Meet and exceed the assigned sales quota
  • Develop, build, and qualify a strong sales pipeline to support revenue goals
  • Conduct proactive prospecting and hunting activities across the assigned territory
  • Lead solution-selling engagements with a disciplined and consultative approach
  • Engage effectively with C-level stakeholders through strong communication, presentations, and executive-level selling
  • Lead and manage cross-functional pursuit teams, including appropriate subject matter experts, throughout complex sales cycles
  • Own the discovery and scoping process to align customer needs with proposed solutions
  • Maintain sufficient pipeline coverage to support quota attainment and overall performance expectations
