We are seeking a talented individual to join our Real Estate Team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Melbourne office.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our portfolio of Real Estate client’s insurance requirements and placements. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships, understanding client needs, and providing expert advice on insurance products and services. This position requires a proactive approach to client servicing, an understanding of the real estate insurance landscape, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

We will count on you to:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Real Estate clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and needs.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective risk management strategies.
  • Oversee the policy renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, and negotiate terms with insurance carriers to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and risk management, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

What you need to have:

  • Tier 1 Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience within the insurance industry
  • Experience in financial lines placements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
