Senior Account Manager
In this role you will build and maintain strong relationships with partner accounts, drive user adoption and engagement, and contribute to revenue growth. You will manage multi-threaded relationships, communicate effectively with partners and internal teams, and ensure successful outcomes through proactive collaboration. You will own key meetings, provide insights, and help optimize partner performance while keeping the candidate in the loop with clear, friendly communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-threaded relationships with partner accounts from go-live of the trading platform.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align performance ops planning and product roadmap initiatives.
- Define mutual business metrics and success criteria and monitor progress through business reviews.
- Lead and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with partners, ensuring alignment on performance goals and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with partners to define and refine a clear strategic roadmap with measurable milestones.
- Take ownership of critical meetings, drive discussions and decisions, and ensure swift resolutions to maintain strong relationships.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles in SaaS or fintech
- Experience leading projects, facilitating training workshops, and liaising cross-functionally to solve customer needs
- Excellent written and spoken German and English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
