About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager at Hevo, you’ll own revenue expansion across existing customers in APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. Your focus will be on upsells, cross-sells, renewals, and long-term account growth. You’ll act as a trusted advisor - deeply understanding customer goals and maximising the value they derive from Hevo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing accounts to increase ARR
  • Build and execute account expansion strategies aligned to customer business goals
  • Own renewals, retention, and churn risk mitigation
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase ROI and uncover growth opportunities
  • Leverage customer data and usage insights to recommend relevant solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to refine expansion plays
  • Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and account plans in CRM tools
  • Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Expansion roles
  • Proven track record of upselling, cross-selling, and driving account growth (Must Have)
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology-driven sales environments
  • Strong value-based selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in forecasting and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
