Senior Account Manager (Strong Semiconductor OEM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for commercial and relationship matters with key customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
  • Manage strategic accounts and engage with mid-to-senior customer leadership
  • Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and order management
  • Align sales forecasts with customer expansion and technology plans
  • Collaborate with customer R&D and internal teams to support new tool adoption and technology development (e.g., memory scaling, DRAM, HBM)
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and ensure strong customer service
  • Conduct executive reviews and maintain relationships across all customer levels
  • Use market and customer insights to guide strategy and identify growth opportunities

Requirements (Brief):

  • Bachelor Degree / above in science or engineering field
  • ~10+ years in semiconductor equipment sales/account management (memory focus preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of wafer fabrication processes (Front-end and Back-end processes)
  • Strong negotiation and deliver effective presentations tailored to diverse audiences, including technical teams and senior management
  • Solid communication and leadership skills
  • Strategic thinking and ability to work cross-functionally in global teams
