Senior Account Manager

You will manage high-touch relationships with institutional clients, collaborating with the Account Executives to win new business, and supporting customers through pre-sales and post-sales processes. You will maintain CRM, respond to client questions, announce feature launches, build dashboards, gather product feedback, and pursue upsells to drive net retention.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with assigned institutional clients
  • Work with Account Executives to win new business and increase sales
  • Provide support for customers in pre-sales and post-sales processes
  • Maintain CRM including recording notes from meetings with clients
  • Answer client questions via their designated support channel
  • Communicate new feature launches
  • Build dashboards watchlists and news feeds for new clients
  • Aggregate product feedback from clients and present to the product team
  • Prospect and network for upsells to existing clients
  • Drive net retention

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or relevant account management experience
  • Experience or passion for cryptocurrency markets is a must
  • Experience interacting with institutional investors is strongly preferred
  • An ability to grasp customers' needs and suggest timely solutions
  • Excellent presentation relationship building and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • SQL and Python experience is a plus
  • CRM and client prospecting experience
