We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and\nexperienced Senior Accountant to join a stable and growing client base in the\nUK. This role involves managing company accounts, corporation tax returns, VAT\nreturns, payroll matters, bookkeeping, and accounts finalization while ensuring\nfull compliance with UK tax authorities and regulatory requirements. The ideal\ncandidate should possess strong analytical abilities, detailed financial review\nexpertise, and hands\-on experience in UK accounting practices.

Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>

<\/p>

* Completion of year\-end accounts, month\-end accounts, and\nCorporation Tax Returns
<\/p>

* Managing bookkeeping activities and accounts finalization\nin compliance with UK accounting standards
<\/p>

* Ensuring adherence to VAT rules and regulations while\nhandling VAT\-related transactions
<\/p>

* Co\-ordination and management of payroll, VAT, and general\nadministration duties
<\/p>

* Meeting statutory deadlines for VAT, Payroll, Accounts,\nCompany, and Personal Tax Returns
<\/p>

* Reviewing financial statements and financial records in\ndetail to ensure accuracy and compliance
<\/p>

* Ensuring business transactions are reported in accordance\nwith generally accepted accounting principles
<\/p>

* Managing client relationships to build strong rapport,\nclient loyalty, and satisfaction
<\/p>

* Working closely with team members to assist with month\-end\nclose activities
<\/p>

* Assisting with the annual audit process, including\ndrafting financial statements and related notes
<\/p>
