Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Success looks like taking full ownership of the Affiliate channel end-to-end, independently driving strategy, partner growth and operational excellence, while consistently delivering year-on-year growth in Content and Creator Affiliate revenue.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the affiliate channel strategy and deliver against revenue, profitability and growth targets.
- Build, negotiate and grow strategic affiliate partnerships that align with business priorities and brand positioning.
- Drive portfolio performance through data-driven optimisation of CPA, commission structures, media investments and campaign execution.
- Lead channel planning, performance reporting and commercial recommendations to country and regional leadership.
- Establish scalable processes, governance and best practices to improve operational efficiency and partner experience.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial and Digital teams to maximise acquisition performance and integrated campaign outcomes.
- Continuously identify new growth opportunities, market trends and strategic initiatives to expand the affiliate channel and improve ROI.
What you need to succeed:
- 5+ years' experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, performance marketing or a similar commercial growth role.
- Demonstrated success in owning and growing a revenue-generating affiliate or partnership portfolio with accountability for commercial targets.
- Strong experience managing affiliate platforms such as Impact.com, Partnerize, Awin or equivalent.
- Proven ability to negotiate strategic partnerships, optimise commercial agreements and influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly analytical with strong proficiency in Power BI, Google Analytics or similar tools, and the ability to translate data into commercial decisions.
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting performance and optimising ROI across acquisition channels.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with experience managing stakeholders and partners across global markets, particularly the US.
