Senior Agiloft Configurations & Process Analyst

This role has hybrid work pattern, 3 days per week from our Warsaw office with 2 days remote.
General Description:
The Senior Agiloft Configurations & Process Analyst will support requirements gathering, configurations, documentation, user alignment, testing, and operational readiness for enhancements and integration workstreams for Agiloft platform. The ideal candidate has hands on Agiloft configuration experience and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, supportable technical solutions.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Requirements & Process Design
- Lead requirement‑gathering and discovery sessions for configuration enhancements, workflow improvements, and integration updates.
- Document detailed business requirements, process flows, user stories, and use cases to support development and configuration efforts.
- Facilitate prioritization of backlog items, ensuring clear alignment with business goals and validated assumptions.
- Translate business needs into actionable functional specifications for technical teams.
Agiloft Configurations and Integrations
- Deliver multiple enhancements and backlog items within the Agiloft platform, including updates to tables, workflows, rules, permissions, dashboard components, and UI/UX.
- Define functional requirements for new and existing system integrations involving Agiloft and external enterprise applications.
- Establish business rules, field behaviors, data validation criteria, and workflow impacts associated with integration-driven enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure functional requirements are fully understood and accurately reflected in system design.
- Maintain and update integration documentation such as requirement documents, design specifications, and process diagrams in partnership with technical resources.
Testing, Validation & Deployment Readiness
- Develop comprehensive test cases and acceptance criteria for new configurations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Lead or coordinate functional testing, validate end-to-end scenarios, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
- Ensure all solution documentation—including requirements, design documents, test results, and training materials—is complete, accurate, and up‑to‑date.
- Provide change management support, including training content, communication input, and readiness assessments for production deployment.
- Actively monitor progress against timelines, identifying risks, delays, or dependencies early and escalating issues with recommended mitigation actions.
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
- Computer Skills:
- 4+ years of configurations and integrations experience preferably in contract lifecycle management.
- 2+ years of experience with Agiloft configurations. For the right candidate, BeOne Medicines may waive this requirement and enroll the hired candidate into Agiloft training.
- Hands‑on experience creating workflows, tables, rules, and UI customizations.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as OneTrust, SAP, Ariba, Workday, Safesforce or other platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other backlog management tools is preferred.
- Other Qualifications:
- Excellent problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of master data flow, vendor lifecycle processes, and contract management is preferred by not required.
