Senior AI Engineer

They are seeking a talented Senior AI Engineer to join their innovative team. The Role * Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, specifically leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). * Implement and manage MLOps practices to ensure efficient and scalable AI model deployment. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into financial technology products. * Drive the full lifecycle of AI projects, from research and prototyping to production deployment. * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the AI engineering team. * Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and LLM technologies. What You'll Need * Strong experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on AI and machine learning. * Proven expertise in developing and deploying solutions using Python. * In-depth understanding and practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs). * Solid background in MLOps principles and practices. * Experience with agentic coding is highly desirable. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
