Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the projects which are part of the product vision and roadmap for AEP and AJO capabilities
- Proactively identify and engage the right stakeholders at the right time — including marketing operations, data engineering, analytics, legal, and leadership — ensuring alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and timelines before issues escalate.
- Facilitate cross-functional discovery sessions and design reviews to surface requirements, resolve ambiguity, and build shared understanding across technical and business teams.
Execution & Delivery
- Write clear, detailed product requirements & , user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams building on top of AEP/AJO.
- Partner with data engineers, architects, and MarTech teams to design scalable, reliable data pipelines and audience workflows.
- Be a part sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination for your product area.
- Monitor AEP data pipeline health, segment evaluation, and AJO journey performance — proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as the primary product liaison between marketing operations, data engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Translate marketer needs (targeting, segmentation, personalization) into technical platform requirements.
- Communicate roadmap progress, trade-offs, and decisions clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
What You'll Bring
Required
- 3–5 years of product management experience, with at least 1–2 years working with marketing data platforms or MarTech stacks.
- Hands-on familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) — including data ingestion, segmentation, identity stitching, and profile management.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) journey authoring, channel execution (email, push, SMS), and audience activation.
- Familiarity with BigQuery, Snowflake, or other cloud data warehouses.
- Ability to read, write and interpret SQL queries; comfort working with data teams to validate pipeline logic and segment definitions.
- Strong analytical mindset — able to define KPIs, monitor dashboards, and use data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred
- Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is a must.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on customer data products.
- Background in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or digital marketing operations.
Experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce environments.
