<\/span><\/p>- The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning team <\/span>at NSDC <\/span>ensures quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across all <\/span>government <\/span>s<\/span>killing pr<\/span>ogrammes through inspection, data analysis, and evidence generation.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- The Senior Analyst will <\/span>execute <\/span>MEL <\/span>operations, manage the division's dashboards and reporting, and support consequence and grievance management processes.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- The role provides opportunity to work on high\-scale national skilling and workforce development programmes for professional growth in program management, policy analysis and evidence\-based decision making. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/p><\/div> <\/span>1 Concurrent Monitoring<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/div>- Track training batch status <\/span><\/span>as per scheme checkpoints and approved monitoring guidelines<\/span> <\/span>across all centres.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Monitor physical inspection and virtual verification reports; classify findings by risk tier.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Identify<\/span> <\/span>anomalies and non\-compliance patterns and escalate for consequence action.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Perform sample\-based performance analysis of the vendors involved in the MEL process.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>- Build and <\/span><\/span>maintain<\/span> <\/span>the dashboards covering inspection, attendance, grievance, and consequence status.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly monitoring reports for internal teams and the Ministry.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Maintain minutes of meetings for all MEL reviews and <\/span><\/span>programme<\/span> <\/span>oversight committee sessions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>3 Consequence & Grievance Management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>- Draft and process show cause notices for non\-compliant training centres and track resolution timelines.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Manage the department's grievance inbox and ensure resolution within defined service levels.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Prepare case summaries and consequence trackers for oversight committee presentations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>- Validate candidate records, attendance data, and inspection outcomes against compliance benchmarks.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>- Liaise with <\/span><\/span>MSDE<\/span> <\/span>teams, Sector Skill Councils, Training Partners, State officials <\/span><\/span>and vendors <\/span><\/span>for data collection and reporting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
